- Heat the oil, add the minced beef and ginger, stir-fry until it is not watery.
- Add ingredients (A) and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add the carrot and potato, stir well.
- Add rice, 3 litres of water and coconut milk.
- Season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock.
- Cook until the texture of the rice becomes porridge.
- Once the porridge becomes thick and dry, add another 3 litres of water.
- Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.
- Cook until the porridge is slightly thickened.
- Sprinkle celery leaf before serving.
Tips: Must stir the porridge consistently to keep it from burning at the base.
