- Mix all ingredients (A) with grated coconut.
- Season with TUMIX® Chicken and mix well.
- Heat a pan and fry without oil until dry and turn into floss. Keep aside and let it cool.
- Prepare the spring roll skin. Place ¼ teaspoon of the floss on spring roll skin, fold and roll.
- Heat cooking oil and deep-fry the spring roll until crisp using medium heat.
- Ready to serve.
