- Mix 30g or 2 tbsp frying flour mix with cold water. Coat chicken with the batter. Then coat evenly with remaining frying flour mix.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Take it out and while it is hot, shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 3 times on both sides and place cheddar cheese slice on one side and let it melt. Keep aside.
- Toast the bun until slightly brown both sides. On bottom bun, pipe on mayonnaise, place lettuce, crispy chicken with melted cheddar cheese slice, then pipe mayonnaise and cheese sauce. Then place the top bun.
