- Heat up 1 cup cooking oil in a frying pan.
- Stir-fry ingredients (A) until fragrant and oil breaks.
- Add in curry powder and stir-fry until oil breaks.
- Turn the heat to low, add another 1 cup cooking oil and continue stir-frying until the sambal turn dark brown colour.
- Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS, salt and sugar.
- Ready to serve.
